Katrina Kaif and Shahrukh Khan may come together again in Farah Khan's Film

Katrina Kaif and Shahrukh Khan may come together one more time for Farah Khan’s much talked about film Happy New Year.

The movie was supposed to happen years ago, but was put on the backburner following the falling-out between SRK and Farah Khan. But now that the matters have been sorted out between the two, Farah is keen to revive the project. The icing on the cake is that Katrina Kaif might get to play the lead role opposite SRK.

The industry sources claim that Farah Khan was always going to cast Katrina in Happy New Year that she was planning to make with Shahrukh before Tees Maar Khan.

Shahrukh Khan and Katrina Kaif are already working together in an untitled classic romantic film by Yash Chopra, and the buzz surrounding the couple is tremendous.

Also the animosity between Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan has helped in generating the hype for Shahrukh Khan-Katrina Kaif pairing. Farah, too, seems game to cash in on the novelty factor of the couple and their star values.

“Naturally, it comes as no surprise that Farah is casting her (Katrina) opposite SRK,” says a source. Katrina and Farah have been good friends, and insiders say there is no reason for Kat to decline this offer. The actress is always game for big projects and good directors. In fact, it’s learnt that Katrina wants Farah to direct her sister Isabelle in her Bollywood debut.

And what can be a better back drop than Havana to celebrate their Valentines Day.
It’s been over a year since they broke up, but Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan are still the top couple and fans cannot help but take the two names in one breath.
The couple is right now in Havana shooting for their up coming ‘Ek Tha Tiger’. It’s a month long schedule and we hear that the two stars are enjoying all the action.
The local people also enjoyed watching them shoot some action scenes in the streets of Havana.
According to reports, the director of the film found it rather easy shooting right in the middle of a street in this city among the regular people.
Reports say that the two on-off  'lovers' had a great time shooting the scenes of ‘Ek Tha Tiger’.
But they couldn't enjoy the serene beauty of the place as they were required to shoot extensively for over a week.
Director Kabir Khan tweeted, “Just wrapped a kick ass action scene shot in the crowded streets of Havana for over ten days...”
The movie is slated for a mid - August release; ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ is a spy-thriller shot in five countries.

Who Will Star in Karan Johar's Next Katrina Kaif VS Kareena Kapoor?

It was rumored that Karan Johar and Ekta Kapoor were coming together to direct a film but they seem to have a problem finding the leading lady.

It seems that Karan Johar believes that Kareena Kapoor is the best fit for the film but Ekta Kapoor feels that Katrina Kaif is more suited for the role. Karan probably feels that way because he took Kareena Kapoor for his upcoming flick Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu also starring Imran Khan.

The leading lady in this Kapoor-Johar flick is meant to be a strong sexy character and those at Karan Johar's Dharma Productions are hell bent on taking on Kareena. Katrina Kaif To Star Opposite Kollywood superstar Rajinikanth

Katrina Kaif has scored the first big showbiz coup of 2012 – she's bagged the coveted role opposite legendary actor Rajinikanth in Kochadaiyaan, being directed by his daughter, Soundarya Ashwin.

Soundarya has confirmed the news saying, “Yes, we are indeed in talks with Katrina and we will let you know soon."

Kochadaiyaan, an epic love story of a king who is a devotee of Lord Shiva, will be shot in 3D.

Katrina Kaif will soon join ranks with Aishwarya and Deepika by romancing Kollywood superstar Rajinikanth on screen. The actor is said to have said yes for Kochadaiyaan.

"It's true. We were very keen on Katrina. Two superstars together from the South and the North would create magic," a very important member of the film's production team revealed.

"We've been negotiating with her for some time. She is shooting for Yash Chopra, and has assured us of her dates in the next few months," the source was quoted by the tabloid as saying.

"Yes, we are indeed in talks with Katrina and we will let you know soon," confirmed Soundarya to the daily.
