Katrina Kaif was in the midst of a commercial shoot in Mumbai when members of FWICE (Federation of Western India Cine Employees) walked in on the set and demanded the shoot be stopped. Apparently, it is mandatory for every actor to be registered with the organization, by paying INR 600 for a membership card, which provides necessary benefits such as international insurance etc.
FWICE officials claim that despite having sent repeated summons to Katrina to complete the necessary signing up formalities, the actress hadn’t complied with their rules. They wanted to confirm Katrina’s registration number, which the actress didn’t have. Yet again, Salman’s help was sought who was quick to play knight in shining armour to his damsel-in-distress. Post Salman’s assurance, the FWICE officials left and the crew resumed the shoot.
